Service Description
This class is for all levels. We begin with a stretch to warm up, then do a lengthy session going over the basic moves and callouts to get comfortable with the step board. we end with a cool down stretch.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 1 hour prior to scheduled class start time. This gives an opportunity for potential participants to schedule. For daily class pass members, you have 7 days to reschedule your missed class or payment will be forfeited. Memberships start on the first day of the month until the last day of the same month and are non refundable. Memberships are not prorated and no portions will be refunded if staff misses any scheduled classed as you are receiving a savings of up to 50% or more.
